Mission Statement

We accompany those affected by breast cancer along the journey of survival and healing by providing supportive services to reduce the stress of daily life and offer comfort and hope.

Purpose

The Urban Dog Walkers are organized to:
  1. Create a team of advocates by and for people affected by breast cancer;
  2. Create and provide resources, including awareness programs and education to help obtain medical and family support services to those affected by breast cancer and their families;
  3. Assist in fund raising events to help expand support for people affected by breast cancer and their families; and
  4. Provide support services, including mentoring, and companionship and assistance in day-to-day activities to people affected by breast cancer and their families.
